Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR
CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE
DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.
VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. SWEEPSTAKES OVERVIEW AND ENTRY PERIOD
The Billboard x Planet Fitness Atlantic Flow Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Planet Fitness
Holdings, LLC, 4 Liberty Lane West, Hampton, NH 03842 ("Sponsor"), and administered by Billboard Media,
LLC, 11355 Olympic Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90064 ("Administrator").
The Sweepstakes is conducted in connection with the Atlantic Flow Playlist, a curated playlist targeted to the
Mid-Atlantic and New York region (the "Playlist"). The Playlist launches on Tuesday, August 25, 2026.
Consumers may enter the Sweepstakes by participating in a social media promotion on Billboard's Instagram
account or by submitting an online entry, as described in Section 3 below.
The Sweepstakes begins on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on Sunday,
August 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET (the "Entry Period"). All entries must be received during the Entry Period to
be eligible. The Administrator's computer or timekeeping device shall be the official timekeeper for all purposes
relating to the Sweepstakes. Late, incomplete, or entries received outside the Entry Period will not be accepted.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who
are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Billboard Media, LLC, Penske Media Corporation, Planet Fitness
Holdings, LLC, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees, advertising
and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities") are not eligible to enter
or win. Members of the immediate families of any of the foregoing persons (defined as spouse, parent, child,
sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household
as any such person, whether or not related, are also ineligible.
Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to the decisions of
the Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is
contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules. The Administrator reserves the right
to verify eligibility and to adjudicate any dispute at any time.
3. HOW TO ENTER
There are two (2) methods of entry, each providing equal odds of winning. No purchase is necessary to enter
using either method.
Method 1: Instagram Entry.
During the Entry Period, visit the designated Billboard x Planet Fitness Atlantic Flow Sweepstakes post on the
@billboard Instagram account and complete both of the following steps: (a) follow @billboard and
@planetfitness on Instagram; and (b) comment on the designated Sweepstakes post by tagging one (1) friend (the
tagged friend must have a valid, active Instagram account). Entrant's Instagram account must be set to "public"
for the duration of the Sweepstakes so that the entry can be verified. If an entrant does not have an Instagram
account, one may be created free of charge at instagram.com. Instagram accounts are subject to Instagram's terms
of use and privacy policy.
Method 2: Online Entry (Alternative Method of Entry).
During the Entry Period, visit http://live.billboard.com/PF-SWEEPS and complete and submit the online entry
form with the following information: full name, email address, date of birth, and state of residence. No Instagram
account is required for this method of entry.
Entry Limit: Regardless of the method of entry used, each eligible person may submit only one (1) entry during
the Entry Period. Multiple entries from the same person, regardless of method, will be void. Each method of entry
carries equal weight in the random drawing. All entries become the property of the Administrator and will not be
returned or acknowledged.
4. WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS
Five (5) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during
the Entry Period, regardless of method of entry. The random drawing will be conducted on or about August 31,
2026, by the Administrator, Billboard Media, LLC. All entries received via Instagram and all entries received via
the online entry form will be pooled together for a single random drawing. Each entry method provides equal
odds of winning.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The
Administrator's decisions regarding the selection of winners and all other matters relating to the Sweepstakes are
final and binding in all respects.
5. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND ACCEPTANCE
On or about August 31, 2026, Administrator will attempt to notify each potential winner. Potential winners who
entered via Instagram will be notified by Instagram Direct Message from @billboard. Potential winners who
entered via the online entry method will be notified by email at the address provided on the entry form. If
Administrator is unable to reach a potential winner via the initial notification method, Administrator may, in its
sole discretion, attempt contact via alternate means.
Each potential winner must respond to the notification within forty-eight (48) hours of the time the notification
is sent. Failure to respond within this period will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate potential winner
may be selected. Each potential winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility
and Liability/Publicity Release within forty-eight (48) hours of notification. Noncompliance with these
requirements, return of any prize notification as undeliverable, or the inability of Administrator to verify a
potential winner's eligibility will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate potential winner.
Up to three (3) alternate potential winners may be selected for each prize in the manner described above. If, after a
good-faith effort to notify and confirm three (3) alternate potential winners, no eligible winner can be confirmed
for a given prize, that prize will remain unawarded.

Winners List” to pmcmusicbrand@gmail.com and cdiaz@billboard.com. Requests must be received no later than
September 15, 2026. Winner information will be limited to first name, last initial, and state of residence.
6. PRIZES
Five (5) Grand Prizes will be awarded. Each Grand Prize consists of one (1) pair of tickets (two (2) tickets total)
to attend Billboard Hip Hop Live in New York City, New York, on September 10, 2026.
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Grand Prize: $200-250 per pair. Total ARV of all prizes: $2,000-
2,500.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash. No substitution of prizes is
permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion, in which case Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of
equal or greater value.
Each prize includes only the item(s) specifically described herein. Winners are solely responsible for all costs and
expenses not expressly included in the prize description, including but not limited to: transportation to and from
the event venue, parking, meals, gratuities, and any other personal expenses. Travel to and from the event is not
included.
The actual value of each prize may differ from the stated ARV. No difference between the stated ARV and the
actual value of any prize will be awarded in any form. Prizes will be awarded only if properly claimed in
accordance with these Official Rules.
7. TAX DISCLOSURE
All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes, including, without limitation, any applicable income taxes, are the
sole responsibility of the winners. The Sponsor, Administrator, and Released Parties shall have no obligation for
any taxes arising from or relating to the award or use of any prize.
Each winner may be required to provide a valid Social Security number or taxpayer identification number and to
complete and submit an IRS Form W-9 (or equivalent) prior to prize fulfillment if the prize value meets or exceeds
the applicable federal reporting threshold. Failure to provide such information in a timely manner may result in
disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.
Applicable tax reporting forms, including IRS Form 1099-MISC, will be issued to winners as required by law.
Each winner is solely responsible for reporting prize winnings on their tax returns and for paying any taxes due.
Winners are encouraged to consult with their own tax advisors regarding the tax implications of accepting a prize.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS AND RELEASE
By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the
Administrator, which are final and binding in all respects.
By accepting a prize, each winner agrees to release and hold harmless Planet Fitness Holdings, LLC, Billboard
Media, LLC, Penske Media Corporation, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., and each of their respective parent
companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, advertising and promotion agencies,
prize suppliers, and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims,
damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or the
acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
By accepting a prize, each winner consents to the use of their name and contact information by Sponsor and
Administrator for the purpose of prize notification and fulfillment, and to the use of their first name, last initial,
Instagram handle, and city and state of residence by Sponsor and Administrator for the purpose of identifying
winners on Sponsor’s and Administrator’s owned social media channels and websites, without additional
compensation, except where prohibited by law.
The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, or illegible entries; (b)
any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, including hardware, software, or network failures of any kind;
(c) errors in the administration or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes; or (d) any injury or damage to persons or
property arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize. The
Administrator reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud,
technical failures, or any factor beyond the Administrator's control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of
the Sweepstakes.
9. PRIVACY
Information collected from entrants in connection with this Sweepstakes is subject to Administrator's Privacy
Policy, available at https://www.pmc.com/privacy-policy. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant
acknowledges and agrees to the terms of such Privacy Policy.
Personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used by Administrator for the purpose
of administering the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to winner notification, prize fulfillment, and as
otherwise described in these Official Rules.
Administrator will not sell or rent entrant personal information to third parties. Any information collected is
subject to applicable federal, state, and local privacy laws and regulations.
10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
State of California, without regard to its conflicts of law doctrines or principles. Each entrant agrees that any and
all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded
hereunder, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the federal
or state courts of competent jurisdiction located in Los Angeles County, California. Each entrant hereby
irrevocably consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waives any objection to venue therein.
BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, EACH ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL
BY JURY IN ANY ACTION, PROCEEDING, OR COUNTERCLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO
THE SWEEPSTAKES OR THESE OFFICIAL RULES. This waiver shall apply to any and all claims, whether
sounding in contract, tort, or otherwise.
11. INSTAGRAM DISCLAIMER
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta
Platforms, Inc. (collectively, "Social Media Entities"). By entering the Sweepstakes via Instagram, each entrant
acknowledges and agrees that: (a) the entrant is providing information to Sponsor and Administrator, and not to
any Social Media Entity; (b) the entrant completely and irrevocably releases and discharges each Social Media
Entity from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, and expenses of any kind arising out
of or relating to the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, participation in the Sweepstakes and the
acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize; and (c) no Social Media Entity is responsible for any aspect of the
planning, execution, or administration of the Sweepstakes.
Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed solely to the Administrator
at: Billboard Media, LLC, 11355 Olympic Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90064. Entrants should not contact
Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. regarding the Sweepstakes under any circumstances.
